**Mission:**

To reimagine the PredictFi niche, with subscription gaming, an engaged community, and decentralization of prediction pools as the foundation.

**Vision:**

Spredict is the next evolution of the predictive gaming market that redefines the participation, gaming, and community elements of PredictFi and SportFi and aims to be the Spotify or Netflix of the prediction gaming market.

All sports fans or crypto enthusiasts have experienced, at least once, the lack of interaction, coupled with shady algorithmic odds, of the gambling side of sports and non-sports betting.

We solve those problems by building innovative PvP prediction games that require strategic thinking, that are based on players' live odds, that allow for true Free2Play or Predict-To-Earn (fully inclusive gaming) and that cover a wide-range of sports and non-sports categories.

Our mode of delivery is as a subscription service (via our "Spredict Pass"), where the user can either play for free and have fun or risk tokens in our Predict-To-Earn PvP championships and compete against their friends or players worldwide. We also create a bespoke gaming environment through the creation of custom/sponsored pools to meet project and community needs and monetize the experience, through a revenue sharing model.

One of our foundational goals is to create engaging and community-focused interaction among Abstract communities (and beyond) by building in the SportFi and PredictFi niches, with our vision to be a go-to partner working collaboratively with Abstract (and other chains) to leverage predictive gaming accompanied by live streaming. We see this as a method to bring newcomers, sports fans, and normies into web3, with a straightforward and smooth onchain experience where the user isn't even aware that they are interacting with smart contracts.

By merging the passion of the sport, and the fun generated by gaming, with the security and transparency from Blockchain technology, we provide a fully innovative and incredibly fun experience to both sports fans and crypto enthusiasts.
